At the beginning of the new semester, the students of Tourism English class I shared the delicious food and famous tourist attractions of their hometown. They come from all over the country. Let's follow their lens to taste, visit, and enjoy the charm of English together.

Ning Shuxin cooked Shandong noodles with gravy, a classic pasta dish from Shan dong. The broth base of this dish is particularly important. Spare ribs soup is usually used as broth base, mellow and tangy. Why classic? Because the noodles are also handmade. The handmade noodles enhance the taste of the whole bowl of noodles. Then you can add some green onions, ginger, garlic as well as some vegetables and shrimp. A bowl of Shandong noodles with gravy is ready. Noodle enthusiasts should not miss the Shandong noodles with gravy.

Lu Luyao shared the characteristic snack of Jinua —— Brown Sugar Crispy Cake. The crispy cake is filled with pork belly and dried plum vegetables. Layers of dough cover the filling, and the outermost layer is coated with sugar and sprinkled with sesame seeds. It tastes crispy and sweet but not greasy. Though a small one, delicious and worth a try!

Jin Xinlong shared us with the characteristic fried noodles, one of the most characteristic traditional snacks in Wenzhou. When cooking fried noodles, local dried noodles are used with rich side dishes, including cabbage, ham sausage, sausage, mushrooms, carrots, streaky pork, bean sprouts, eggs, shrimp skin, cooking wine and soy sauce. The soup is made of water from dried mushrooms. Wenzhou fried noodles can be found in the streets, stalls, restaurants or hotels. Secretly tell you that the taste of regular stores is not as good as that of street vendors. Therefore, Wenzhou fried noodles is a snack that you can't miss in Wenzhou!
