一、学院简介
海南经贸职业技术学院创建于1984年,是一所以培养经贸类高素质技术技能人才为主的国有公办高校，是中国特色高水平高职学校、国家骨干高职院校、国家优质高职院校、全国毕业生就业典型经验高校、全国职业院校实习管理50强、全国职业院校学生管理50强、全国职业院校魅力校园、全国职业院校就业竞争力示范校、全国高职高专院校竞争力百强学校、全国高职院校创新创业工作先进单位。
学院位于海口市桂林洋高校区，距离海边约5公里，距离美兰机场约7公里，距离市区约22公里。学院占地1032亩(69公顷)，教学、生活设施完善，设有图书馆、体育馆、大型操场、排球场、篮球场、游泳池、超市、医疗及银行服务；校内环境优美，繁华绿草，景色宜人，为全校师生提供良好的学习、工作和生活的环境。
学院现有在校学生14300多人，国际留学生160余名，现有教职工783人。有来自美国、英国、俄罗斯、日本、韩国、埃及等国家的外籍教师常年在校执教。
学院注重参与国际间的交流与合作，具备招收国际学生的资质，每年有来自俄罗斯、巴基斯坦、孟加拉、韩国、加纳等国家的国际学生约200名。

二、招生项目及招生要求
（一）学历教育

2+1(2年在校学习中文+专业知识，1年单位实习)

4.招生对象，原则上招收:
l 年龄18-25岁;
l 非中国国籍;
l 具备相当于中国高中毕业的学历;

l 身体健康，达到办理来华学习签证或居留证件的体检标准；
l 具备一定的的中文或英文沟通能力；
l 能保证支付相应的学费、住宿费和日常生活开支。

以汉语进修生身份在校学习中国文化、HSK等中文相关知识
3.招生对象：

l 具备一定的英文沟通能力；

专科学历生:10000元/年
语言生：8500元/年

教材、体检、保险、签证等按实际收费标准由学生自行向相关部门缴纳。
四、申请流程
1.登陆海南经贸职业技术学院国际学生申请系统(网址:http://isa.hceb.edu.cn/)，注册账号。进入首页后点击“开始申请(START APPLICATION)”根据系统提示按要求正确填写个人信息、上传申请材料并完成申请。
申请材料包括:
l 学生本人护照(含所有的签证页)
l 两封推荐信(学校或教师推荐，有校长或教师签字并盖章)
l 本人最后学历毕业证复印件
l 本人最后学历毕业证公证书
l 本人最后学历成绩单复印件
l 无犯罪证明
l 体检报告
l 来华学习计划书(手写)
l HSK证书(如有)
l 奖学金申请表(申请系统中下载)
l 中英文自我介绍视频(上传申请系统)
请注意:
我校优先录取具有HSK等级证书的学生，并推荐其申请海南省政府奖学金或者我校校级奖学金。
2.申请流程基本在系统上完成。国际教育学院在收到学生申请后予以审核，如符合录取要求，学院将于一个月左右向被录取者发送《预录取通知书》，学生缴费后学院发送《录取通知书》。至此申请环节结束。
3.报名结束后，学院上传全国来华系统进行前置审核，审核通过者，学院将发送《录取通知书》;并制作相关材料上报教育厅及外事办，制成IW202表及其他录取材料。被录取者可持我院签发的《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》等相关材料到本人所在国的中国大使馆或领事馆办理来华学习"X1"签证。
4.被录取的学生须在《录取通知书》规定的报到时间内，持《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》原件到学院国际教育学院报到，无故不按时报到者即取消其入学资格，因特殊情况不能在规定日期内报到者，要事先与学院取得联系，获准后方可延期入学。

I.College Introduction
Founded in 1984, Hainan College of Economics and Business (HCEB) is a national public institution of vocational education in China. According to the Chinese National Rankings of Vocational Colleges, HCEB was ranked the 87th among a total of 1480 colleges in 2021. HCEB has also been awarded as one of the “Top 100 Colleges in China”, “Most Charming Campus in China”, “One of the Top 50 Colleges in Career Employments Service in China”, etc.
HCEB is located in Guilinyang District in Haikou, the capital city of Hainan Province. This beautiful coastal city is only minutes away from the seaside, and the school campus is also right near the Meilan International Airport. This is the major airport on Hainan island that is responsible for transporting and welcoming over thousands of passengers and tourists on a daily basis.
Resting upon 69 hectares of tropical land filled with exotic flowers and endless greenflies, the school also makes sure that all students and teachers are fully equipped with modern established facilities, such as the grand library, multi-leveled and architectural designed teaching buildings, multiple dining halls serving at different hours with countless food choices, various sports halls and gyms with designated space for all kinds of sports, and of course, to make better use of the tropical environment of Hainan, the school has fully established outdoor fields for sports like basketball, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, tennis, and even an outdoor swimming pool along with two professional track fields. On top of all the school facilities, the nearby community has been specially built and put to use for providing the best service and convenience for all the students at HCEB. The campus accommodates nearly 14,300 Chinese students and more than 160 international students. The school has an employment of 783 full-time teachers, along with experienced foreign teachers under annual employment from the United States, Britain, Russia, Japan, Korea and other countries.
The College of International Education within HCEB was established for the purpose of continuous international exchange and cooperation, thus providing personalized opportunities in study abroad programs to China for about 200 international students from Russia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Korea, Ghana and other countries on an annual basis. Within the Talent Cultivation Program provided by HCEB, there are specific and personalized Chinese language training courses for all international students. These Chinese Language classes go hand in hand with vocational training to help provide an in depth and valuable study abroad experience for all international students.

II.admissions requirements
Diploma students：
1.Duration: 3 years
2.Talent Cultivation Program: 2+1 (2 years of Chinese language & professional knowledge training on campus, 1 year of appointed internship in related fields)
3. Major:

l Hotel Management and Digital Operation
4. Enrollment target, in principle:
l Age 18-25 years old;
l Non-Chinese nationality
l Has earned the equivalence to a Chinese high school diploma
l Is interested in the Chinese language and culture
l Demonstrate good physical and mental health consistent with the demands of the university program
l Clear of any criminal record
l Equipped with a proficient level of communication skills in both Chinese and or English
l Can ensure payment of corresponding tuition fees, accommodation fees, and daily living expenses
5.Enrollment Capacity: 20 students per major
Language students：
1.Duration: one year
2.Talent Cultivation Program: one year of Chinese language
3. Enrollment target:
l Age 16-26 years old;
l Non-Chinese nationality
l Has earned the equivalence to a Chinese high school diploma
l Is interested in the Chinese language and culture
l Demonstrate good physical and mental health consistent with the demands of the university program

III. Charges
1.Tuition Fees: Diploma students 10000 Yuan/year
Language students 8500 Yuan/year
2.Accommodation fee:
Student Accommodation (four-bedroom): 1450/bed/year
Please note that accommodation will not be available during the school’s official summer and winter breaks.
3.Registration fee: 200 yuan (non-refundable and non-transferable)
4.Additional Fees:
Any occurred expenses through textbooks, medical examination, insurance, visa, etc. shall be paid by the students based on individual needs.
IV.Application process
1. Search for the official website of Hainan College of Economics and Business (http://isa.hceb.edu.cn/) and register your own student account through the application page. Click the "START APPLICATION" button on the application page and fill in your personal information. Complete the application process by uploading the completed application form along with any additional materials.
Application materials (please upload all materials to the application portal):
①Student's own passport (with all visa pages)
②Two letters of recommendation (signed and certified letters from original schools/teachers)
③Copies of both the certificate and the grade report from senior high school (All copies need to be notarized and translated into either English or Chinese)
④Student identification proof or most recent Graduation Certificate (needs to be notarized and translated into either English or Chinese)
⑤Police clearance certificate (needs to be notarized and translated into either English or Chinese)
⑥Physical examination report
⑦Personal study plan (handwritten by the applicant in either English or Chinese)
⑧HSK certificate (if applicable) *
⑨Scholarship application form (can be downloaded from the HCEB application system)
⑩Self-introduction video in Chinese or English (uploaded to the application system)
Please note：
We give priority to students with HSK level certificates and recommend them to apply for Hainan Provincial Government Scholarship or our school’s scholarship.
2.The application process is basically completed on the system. After receiving students applications, the School of International Education(short for:SIE) will review them, and if they meet the admission requirements, SIE will send a Pre-Admission Notice to those who are accepted in about one month, and SIE will send an Admission Notice after students pay the fees. This is the end of the application process.
3.After the application process is completed, SIE will upload the National System of Coming to China for pre-auditing, and if the applicant passes the auditing,SIE will send the Admission Notice, and make relevant materials to report to the Department of Education and the Office of Foreign Affairs, and make the JW202 form and other admission materials. Those who are admitted can go to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate of their home countries to apply for the “X1” visa for studying in China with the "Admission Notice" issued by SIE and the "Application Form for Visa for Foreigner Studying in China" and other relevant materials.
4. Accepted students must report to SIE with the original copy of the Acceptance Letter and the Visa Application Form for Foreign Students within the reporting time specified in the Acceptance Letter. f you do not report to SIE without any reason, your admission status will be canceled. If you cannot report to SIE within the specified date due to special circumstances, you must contact SIE in advance and get approval before you can postpone your admission.
