海南经贸职业技术学院留学生校内住宿规定
1)持普通护照并在我校注册的正式学生,交纳一定费用后可在我院留学生公寓居住。
2)留学生应服从学院公寓管理人员的安排,按指定房间住宿,不得私自迁移或强占房间。
3)凡已失去在我院学习资格者,应在规定的期限内离校,逾期学校不再提供住房,室内遗留物品,学院按无主物品处理。
4)不得利用宿舍从事任何违反我国法律和我校校规的活动,所住的房间不得私自转让、转租或留宿他人。
5)保持宿舍内外清洁,维护楼道畅通,不得在窗外悬挂、摆放物品或往窗外投弃物品,不得饲养家禽家畜等宠物。
6)保持宿舍安静,禁止酗酒、玩火,不得在宿舍内从事影响他人学习与休息的活动,如跳舞、大声喧哗、高声放音乐等。
7)住在校内的留学生须在23:00以前返回学校,23:30以前熄灯睡觉,特殊情况需向舍务老师请假。
8)不得损坏、拆卸、改装宿舍楼内设备和线路。损坏或遗失公物要按原价赔偿。
9)注意节约用电,遵守用电规定。
10)遵守防火规定,严防火灾。严禁乱动配电箱、消防器材等,室内禁止存放宜燃宜爆物品。酿成火灾者,须赔偿一切损失,严重者将由司法机关追究刑事责任。
11)未经学院保卫处允许,严禁燃放烟花爆竹,违者公安机关将处以罚款或拘留。
12)宿舍管理人员因工作需要进入房间时应给予配合,不得拒绝,更不能私换、私装锁具。
13)注意节约水电,外出时要关好电源,关好门窗,关好水龙头。
14)妥善保管好个人财物。未经允许不得动用他人物品,如出现丢失要及时向公寓管理人员报告,以便及时处理。
15)禁止男女学生同居一室。
16)留学生退房时,应先与国际学院留学生办公室申请,方可按规定退房费,如果从校内搬到校外居住,并在搬家后一周内办好外宿申请表后到国际学院留学生办公室办公室重新登记。
17)以上规定如有违反,视情节严重给予警告、开除宿舍、责令退学等处罚。
Residence Regulations For International Students in HCEB
1. The Foreign Student/Teacher Dormitory of Hainan College of Economics and Business is managed by the Logistic Service Group of Hainan College of Economics and Business.
2. Foreign students/teachers must show passport or residence permit to check in and sign the Contract of Housing lease. Abide by the arrangement of the management office, and reside in the designated room.
3. The rent for one term has to be paid at the beginning of each semester.
4. Foreign students/teachers studying at Hainan College of Economics and Business are required to stay in the dorm. Those who have family members in Haikou can apply to stay at home with the permission from the college. The school does not provide rooms or apartments for couples and family members of the students/teachers.
5. Students/teachers should keep their own rooms and the public places clean, and cannot put poster, pile up personal items, or cook in the corridor and aisle. Otherwise, the management office will have the right to dispose them as garbage. Students/teachers cannot litter (including through objects out from the window), raise any pet in the dormitory or public places. Students/teachers are not allowed to replace and reassemble the lock of the door by themselves.
6. The dormitory building should be kept quiet. One cannot disturb others in study or rest in any way and for any reason, e.g., dancing, singing, up-roaring, playing music loudly, etc.
7. Students/teachers should be cautious of safety use of electricity. If a student/teacher wishes to add small electrical appliances (with power less than 1000w) purchased with his/her own fund to the room, he/she should seek the approval from the management office first, to make sure that the power consumptions is within the limit of the circuitry. If installed without the permission, he/she must assume any possible damage liability, and the electric appliances installed will be confiscated. If permission is granted, it will be the student’s/teacher’s responsibility to cover the cost for the installation and repair.
8. Students/teachers should be cautious of the fire, and should not keep or store any combustible and explosive materials in the room. If the misconducts result in fire, the student/teacher must take the full responsibility on the loss, and if the case is serious, they can be charged with criminal act by the judiciary authority.
9. Students/teachers must not conduct activities, which violate the law and school regulations in the dorm. The room could not be transferred or rent to others. Students/teachers are not allowed to accommodate a guest in his/her room overnight. Religious gatherings activities are not allowed in the dorm.
10. Students/teachers have the duty to cherish facilities, furniture, wall and floor in the room and public facilities. If any of them got damaged due to the student’s/teacher’s improper behaviors, he/she has to pay for the repair or replacement of the damaged items. They can only use the furniture and facilities equipped for their rooms, and cannot take the furniture or facilities from other rooms.
11. Must not paste things or draw on the wall. Secretly putting up or distributing propagandas or sheets are not allowed on campus. Obscene films and videos are not allowed to be shown in public places of the school.
12. Keep your room key safely. You must report to the management office immediately if you lost the room key. If the lock of the door is damaged, you must inform the management office to repair it and you should pay for the fees. Students/teachers are not allowed to change the lock of the door by themselves.
13. Students/teachers should take due precaution to protect their belongings in the rooms by locking the door and windows when they are out of the room to avoid a possible burglary or theft. It is the students’/teacher’s responsibility to take care of their belongings including precious and expensive ones. The student’s/teacher’s bicycle should be kept in the designated bicycle shed at night. The management office will not take any lawful and economical liability for the damage and lost of the students’ /teachers’ belongings during their tenancy.
14. The dorm is closed at 23:00pm every day. Students/teachers are not allowed to leave the dorm after 23:00pm and should be back to the dorm before the door is closed. Visitors should leave the dorm before 23:00pm. The dorm staff has the right to ask the visitor to leave the dorm.
15. Should students/teachers wish to have a gathering or a party, they should apply to the management office in advance for permission. If approved, the event must be held in a designated place. Hainan College of Economics and Business will not provide any place to hold religion-related activities.
16. Students/teachers should give notice to the service desk of the management office three days before check out. Before surrendering the room, the student/teacher should remove all of his/her belongings and make sure that the room is in good and clean condition when surrendered to management office. He/She should begin to checkout and return the key of the room before leaving the university.
17. Students/teachers must abide by the above regulations. The university has the right to punish the students/teachers if he/she disobeys the school regulations.
