关于清理国际学生宿舍滞留行李物品的公告
各位国际学生：
因受新冠肺炎疫情影响，部分国际学生个人行李物品自疫情开始至今已滞留在校超过3年。鉴于疫情形势好转，中外人员往来已恢复正常，请行李物品留置在学生宿舍的已毕业国际学生，务必在2023年10月31日到2023年11月14日期间进行处理。不具备返校条件的毕业生可委托他人处理，由受托人在规定时间内处理。逾期未处理的，学院将对留置物品予以清理。
如有异议，请在本公告公布之日起15个工作日内，向国际教育学院进行书面陈述（联系邮箱：gjjyxy237@163.com），否则视为同意学校予以清理。
Notice on Clearing Up Personal Belongings in International Students' Dormitories
Dear international students!
Due to the influence of COVID-19 epidemic, some international students' personal belongings have been detained for more than 3 years since the beginning of the epidemic. In view of the improvement of the epidemic situation and the return of Chinese and foreign personnel to normal, graduated international students who have placed their luggage and belongings in the student dormitory must collect them from October 31, 2023 to November 14, 2023. Graduates who do not meet the conditions for returning to school may entrust others to collect it.
Kindly collect your personal belongings by the trustees within the stipulated time, failing which, our college will not take any personal responsibility for the items, and will clean up all the retained items.
If you have any objections, please submit a written statement to the School of International Education within 15 working days from the date of the announcement (contact email: gjjyxy237@163.com Otherwise, it will be considered as consent for the school to be cleaned.
